SiempreSol Panama installed a complete system at my home in the mountains above Boquete in early 2025. The installation was complicated by multiple factors including there being three structures on the property that needed to be included, and they were not all connected to the same circuit breaker panel. Also, the solar panels were to be installed on a carport that didn’t yet exist. Alain worked with me to devise the most practical design, which included over 100 feet of trenching for the cable run from the meter box to the solar system.
SiempreSol also arranged for the construction of the two-vehicle carport on which the solar panels were fastened. Due to the property being in a high-wind location, the resulting structure was robust.
The system has now been in operation for about a year, generally used in a backup mode (but could run off-the-grid), and has worked without problems. During that time, we have had multiple Naturgy outages and would not have known about those outages had I not been queried by a neighbor or lost Internet.
Regarding construction and installation, I am an electrical engineer, and I am quite particular about anything related to electrical systems and workmanship. I am quite pleased with the work that the SiempreSol crew performed (including cleaning-up at the end of each day during construction and installation). I have no hesitation in recommending them.
