What we have greatly appreciated in working with Alain and SiempreSol is the continued willingness to work with solutioning for our new retirement home. We have never owned solar before yet knew we wanted to achieve has best as possible being grid independent. Through several projects phases we have adapted to our overall solar solution that has included panel location adjustments, increase grid of panel, adding to battery back-up needs based on timing of local outages. The house has been operational for 3 years with solar however we have only been here full time for 12 months. Each step of this journey has been a learning experience and Alain has been a great partner in figuring out the best solution to meet our needs. He is great person to work with, responsive to questions even post installations which we find to be very important. Has also helped to educate us along the way with solar solutions and the integration with Naturgy energy company bills. We appreciate the support he has given us.
