There was no pressurised selling, only good advice and recommendations. The installations were done professionally, neatly and correctly without undue issues. All follow up questions and topics were answered and resolved quickly and without issues. I had one equipment failure due to a manufacturer issue. This was swapped out and replaced with new within a few days without any challenges or hassles
